A flavor-packed salad that combines traditional tuna salad with a spicy twist, thanks to the addition of jalapeños and creamy dressings.
Ingredients

- 2 cans (5 oz each) of tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional Toppings: Sliced avocado, chopped fresh parsley or cilantro, crushed tortilla chips, chili flakes
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced jalapeños, and Dijon mustard. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients thoroughly.
- Add the diced celery and red onion to the bowl. Mix until the vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the tuna mixture.
- Drizzle in the fresh lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir again to ensure everything is well combined.
- If desired, add optional toppings like sliced avocado or fresh herbs for added flavor and nutrition.
- For the best taste, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
