  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the stir-fried beef and vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the sauce through.
